১. আমার প্রস্রাব চেপেছে -- I hold/got urine. 

২. এখানে প্রস্রাব করা নিষেধ -- Urinating is forbidden here.

৩. থাপড়িয়ে দাঁত ফেলে দিব -- I will teeth you off by slapping. 

৪. নামাজের সময় হয়েছে -- It is time for prayer. 

৫. আমার ক্ষুধা নেই -- I have no appetite 

৬. মানবজাতি এখন সংকটক্রমণ -- Mankind is at stake now. 

৭. তাকে শাড়িতে খুব সুন্দর দেখায় -- She looks beautiful in saree. 

৮. বাকি চাহিয়া লজ্জা দিবেন না -- Don't make me ashame by asking loan. 

১০. মেয়েটি  নাঁচতে নাঁচতে আমার কাছে এলো-- The girl came to me dancing. 

১১. ফুলটি ফুটি ফুটি করছে -- The flower is about to bloom.

১২. সে হাঁপাতে হাঁপাতে এখানে এলো -- He came here painting. 

১৩. তার এখানে কোন বন্ধু নেই -- He has few friends here. 

১৪. তোমার বাবা কি করেন --What is your father?

১৫.  আমরা কাজ নিয়ে থাকি -- We mean business.

১৬. সে আমার মনের মানুষ -- He is a man after my heart. 

১৭. কখনো হাল ছেড়ো না -- Never say die. 

১৮. কেটলিতে পানি টগবগ করছে -- The water is simmering  the cattle. 

১৯. তার গুণায় ভুল হয়েছে -- He has out in reckoning. 

২০. সে সবকিছু গুলিয়ে ফেলেছে -- He has messed up everything. 

 ২১. যেতে পারি কিন্তু কেন যাব? --I can go, but why should I? 

২২. লোকটির কান পাতলা --The man is credulous. 

২৩. আমি তার সাথে কথা বলি না -- I am not on speaking terms with him.
